1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (ToS) govern access to and use of the Buzio platform (buzio.app), a service for creating and running live interactive quizzes. By using the service, you accept these ToS.

2. Service description

Buzio lets presenters (teachers, trainers, hosts) create quizzes and run them in real time for players who join sessions via a link or QR code, without sign-up. The essential offering is free.

3. Presenter account

Creating a quiz requires an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• distribute illegal, hateful, defamatory content or content infringing third-party rights;
• harm the operation, security or integrity of the platform;
• collect other users' data without authorisation;
• infringe intellectual property rights.

5. User content

You retain ownership of the content you create (quizzes, questions, media). You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to such content and grant Buzio a limited licence to host and display it strictly as needed to provide the service.

6. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". We strive to ensure availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Buzio shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these ToS. You may delete your account at any time.

8. Personal data

The processing of your data is described in our privacy policy.

9. Changes to the ToS

Buzio may amend these ToS. Changes take effect upon publication on the site. It is your responsibility to review them regularly.

10. Governing law

These ToS are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute falls under the competent French courts.
